Mallin inside Claude

Connect Mallin to Claude and you can ask about your pipeline, pull a brief, or file a call without leaving the conversation you are already in. It is the same workspace and the same permissions you have in the app.

Before you start

Your workspace has to be switched on for this. Ask us and we will turn it on while you wait, with no new version to install. You also need a Claude account that supports custom connectors.

Add the connector

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector, and paste this address:

Claude will send you to Mallin to sign in. Sign in with the same account you use in the app, approve the request, and you are back in Claude with Mallin attached.

Check that it worked

Ask Claude: which of my deals are closest to a decision? You should get real company names back. If you get an apology instead, see the bottom of this page.

The one worth doing first: let Claude file your calls

If your notetaker has a Claude connector of its own, you do not need an integration between it and Mallin. Claude is already connected to both.

Ask: catch Mallin up on my calls. Claude reads what happened from your notetaker, asks Mallin which calls it already has, and files only the difference. Each one lands on its deal and rebuilds that brief. See Getting your calls in.

When something is not right

Claude says Mallin is not enabled for this workspace. The switch is on our side. Ask us and it takes a minute.

Connected, but Claude cannot find anything to do. Claude keeps the list it was handed when you connected. Remove the connector and add it again.

A brief is taking minutes, not seconds. That is normal. Mallin rereads the calls and writes the brief while you wait. Five minutes is not a failure.

You see a deal in Claude you cannot see in the app. You should not. Tell us immediately.

Claude sees only what your Mallin account sees, and nothing runs in the background on your connection. Tools run only while you are in the conversation.
