— Governed agentic AI for revenue execution

Reps run on judgment.
Mallín makes it a system.

Agentic AI that reasons over every deal and acts on it through your CRM — drafting the update, the follow-up, the next move, with the rep approving every step. Not a notetaker. Not a dashboard. AI that does the work.

— Agentic AI for revenue, governed

Most AI describes the deal. Mallín acts on it.

A summary tells you what happened on a call. An agent does something about it. Mallín is agentic — it drafts the CRM update, writes the follow-up, and makes the next move, executing on your approval. The model that reads the call is commoditizing; doing the work under governance you can trust is the moat — a different layer than recording calls or storing signals.

Governed agentic execution
It takes the action — drafts the CRM update, the follow-up, the next move — behind approval gates, never-auto fields, and a full audit trail. The enterprise can actually let it act.
Compounding deal memory
A multi-call thesis that gets more right the more it's used — structured, evidence-linked memory of every deal that no cold prompt can reconstruct.
CRM-neutral operating layer
Sits above any CRM as the surface reps work inside. The switching cost accrues to Mallín — not to Salesforce or HubSpot.
Closes the loop to a decision
It surfaces the one move and executes it. The category's #1 complaint is “insights you never act on.” Mallín acts — governed.
Notetakers summarize a call. Dashboards store signals. Mallín reasons over the whole deal and acts on it through the CRM — governed agentic AI, with the rep in control. A new category: the governed AI operating system for revenue execution.

Free for your first 3 calls.

Run it on three real calls — paste the call, get the brief, walk in sharper. By the third, you'll know if you'd want to walk into a call without it.

— How it works

01

Paste the call

Drop in a transcript from your last conversation — or upload a .txt, .pdf, or .docx.

02

Mallín does the homework

It researches the company, maps the stakeholders, and reads where the deal actually stands.

03

Walk in — and act

The decisive risk, the next move, and the quoted evidence — plus a dual-branded deck for the meeting and the CRM update ready to approve. And it sharpens every call you run.

— When your team notices

One rep starts. The team follows.

Reps who use Mallín stop walking into calls cold — and it shows on the board. When your team wants in, Mallín scales from your deals to the whole floor: shared memory across every account, manager visibility, and write-back into the CRM you already run.

You don't need the headcount to sell like you have it.

— Institutional memory

Knowledge stays.
Even when the reps don't.

Every call, every email, every objection — and every winning move — gets stored in your firm's database. When a live deal mirrors a past pattern, the relevant precedent surfaces automatically. Your firm's playbook compounds with every cycle.

01 — Winning patterns

What worked last quarter shows up on this quarter.

When a live deal mirrors the shape of a closed-won, Mallín surfaces the move that worked — the objection-handler, the proof-point, the discount structure. Plays don't get re-invented every cycle.

02 — Closed-lost shapes

Recognize the loss before it happens again.

When a new deal starts behaving like a past loss — signer disengagement at the same stage, competitor introduced the same way — you know on call 3, not call 8. The retrospective becomes a live prediction.

03 — Day-one agents

New reps ramp at the speed of your playbook.

From their first call, the agents work alongside them — surfacing what worked on similar deals, suggesting the next move based on your team's prior data points. Veteran-level instincts on day one, not month six.

Your firm's institutional memory. Searchable. Compounding. Yours.

— How we work with you

Calibrated by your leadership.
Tuned to how your firm runs revenue.

Generic AI doesn't sell deals at your firm. Before Mallín runs on a single account, we sit with your CRO and C-suite to set the governance — what counts as a slipping deal, when a manager gets looped in, which CRM fields stay never-auto, how strict the methodology bar should be. Your playbook gets encoded. When Mallín posts in Slack, it sounds like the standard your team already operates by — not a vendor template.

01 · ALERT THRESHOLDS

What counts as a risk.

When to escalate, what severity matters, what's a false positive at your firm.

02 · CRM LANGUAGE

How your team writes.

Voice, tone, and language model tuned to how your team actually updates a deal.

03 · METHODOLOGY BAR

The standard you sell to.

MEDDPICC, BANT, Challenger, or the custom criteria your team has built and refined.

04 · NEVER-AUTO FIELDS

The fields we never touch.

Stage, amount, close date, forecast — plus anything else your governance owns.

Mallín doesn't replace your judgment. It scales it.

Run Mallín on your last quarter.

We connect to your stack, run the system across your account list, and within 24 hours show you what your reps are actually doing — and which deals weren't real before they slipped.

About the name

Mallín · ma-SHEEN

Patagonian Spanish for a wet meadow — fertile ground in dry country, fed by water that runs underground until it surfaces. A deal is the same terrain: the context that decides it is scattered and mostly buried, in calls, emails, and people's heads. Mallín brings it to the surface, where it can grow.
