# Who can see what

> Admins see the workspace, everyone else sees what they own, and nobody sees inside your mailbox.

The short version: an admin sees the whole workspace, everyone else sees the deals they own, and nobody sees inside anyone else's mailbox.

## Deals

Every deal has an owner. A rep sees their own deals and nothing else, which means a colleague's pipeline, their calls and their coaching stay out of view. An admin sees all of it, because somebody has to be able to answer for the workspace.

If you are alone in your workspace, none of this changes anything. It starts mattering the day you invite the first colleague.

## Mailboxes and calendars

Each person connects their own. The connection is scoped to that account and nobody else can use it, an admin included. Mallin drafts email as you, in your drafts folder, and sends nothing on its own.

## The team view

**Team** shows patterns across deals rather than transcripts: what keeps going wrong, where deals stall, which questions never get asked. A manager reads the shape of the pipeline there without reading a rep's calls one by one.

## When someone leaves

In **Settings**, an admin can see who is in the workspace and move a deal's owner. A departing rep's pipeline moves to whoever picks it up rather than sitting in an account nobody can reach.

> **One exception worth knowing.** A share link leaves all of this behind. Anyone with the link can open what you shared, without signing in. See [Sharing a brief outside Mallin](/help/sharing-a-brief).
